I've officially mained Twitch and I need some opinions on what runes to get. Twitch

Standard AD Runes are the best way to go on ADCs.

9 AD Reds/ 9 Armor Yellows/ 9 MR Blues/ 3 AD Quints=15 AD/9 Armor/12 Magic Resist

You can change that up and get one attack speed quint instead of AD quint trading off 2 AD for 4.5% attack speed or changing blues to CDR per level/CDR runes/Attack Speed runes (ordered from most favorable to least favorable). Anything else and you'll have a hard time last hitting which you should primarily focus on early game or surviving harass in lane.

I also recommend having frenzy on the offensive tree which will boost your dps in teamfights once you have phantom dancer.
