I... don't know about Shen. visually he got more of a tweak honestly. if they would have updated him like other VGUs, he would have gotten new lines and DEFINITIVELY some sort of interaction with the other ninja champs. 
seemed to have gotten more of a VGU then Shen.
Udyr needs a rework and visual update, his kit is 7 years old and his visuals has not been updated in 7 years, spirit guard udyr should be his classic skins and riot should give back the 3k RP to the players that bought the ultimate skin

Uhmmm evelynn is far from forgotten. She's the most popular champion they've reworked yet, there's plenty of people that play evelynn.

I wouldn't really say Evelynn was as unplayed as these champions, as she did see some competitive play, and her current kit isn't really THAT bad. When I first started play league evelynn sucked, and now she is in a decent state, but she still could really use a rework, as well as making her look less ugly
