How to carry the freakin High Silver ranks

I don't know if it's only me but I'm stuck at Silver 2 0 LP. It seems that no matter what role I play, I don't have any control over the fact of win or lose. On my last 5 games I did anywhere neutral to extremely well and I still couldn't influence my games to a positive result. The main reason I see is that someone always feeds a higher threat. Aka a Riven that's 15/5 or a Fizz that's 11/3 or maybe it's a Swain that's so fed he's unkillable. If you check my match history I have not done anything horribly bad throughout my games yet it seems that losing is my ONLY option.

I don't want to accuse Riot of trying to sink my rank but now it's pretty damn freaking hard to see anything else but that. It's like every game the objective of my teammates is to feed 10 kills over each to the enemy team. Of course they don't surrender making these games go as long as 40 minutes of wasted time.

tl;dr I can't climb, clearly better than teammates I receive, I need help to reach that next level.

  1. Play OP meta champions
  2. Look at what mistakes you make, don't worry about what your team is doing
  3. FARM,FARM,FARM--Don't just stand mid while waves of cs are dying and you clearly aren't about to team fight
  4. Yes my highest is only Plat 1, I am not the greatest. But my friend told me you cannot get out of "elo hell" cause of bad teammates. I lost 60 games got into bronze 4 to show you could. This account is since Plat 5 in two weeks.

  1. I spam Gragas and Sejuani and still lose. The two strongest junglers.
  2. What mistakes? I don't even have time to make a mistake because my teammates die 10 times in a heartbeat, even when they're given a lead.
  3. Highest gold of team in about 95% of my games.

I fail to see how I could use this.

I would really re-assess the part of this where you contend that you "don't even have time to make a mistake." It may not be that you make mistakes per se, but maybe think about what you could be doing better. If you're jungling a lot, think about how you can either shut down the enemy jungler or get strong laners rolling.

There is always room for improvement, if you look for it. And if you improve enough, you'll start to carry.

Are you saying I should try to make up for my team's mistakes instead of trying to acquire a personal lead?

As a jungler, especially high utility junglers like sej and gragas? Yes you should focus on getting lanes ahead.

Its not just about YOUR game play that match. the point of having 5 people on a team is to try to work together and if someone does happen to make a mistake you should try to follow up so its not for nothing. You alone doing good isn't always going to secure a victory. say your the one who is 15/5 but the rest of your team is 2/11 and 5/15, there whole team is getting feed together while your the only one on your team getting any stronger, unless you can shut down there whole team in any lane over and over its going to make it a 100x harder for you to win when everyone else keeps dying. So in my opinion i think making up for your teammates mistakes is sometimes better then going for a personal best.

But hopefully something turns around and you can start climbing like you wish to! Best of luck!

Looks like you're spamming Udyr and started winning when you quit using him. Try using different champs instead of same ones over and over.

Also, not exactly a good idea to continue playing while on tilt. Maybe go to normals for a bit until you feel better for rank and start winning again.

If you are playing a tank jungler, you need to get other lanes ahead because you don't do damage. You can't solo carry. You MUST make up for your team's mistakes. If you are playing a bruiser jungler you have leeway on how much you gank, but if you ever get a lead, you need to snowball it and help your lanes out.

No offense, but if you're a jungler with the highest gold on your team, your lanes probably need some attention. Highest gold in the game should either be on a solo laner or an extremely fed ADC. Even during ganks you should try to feed the kill to your laner, unless the opponent is going to get away if you don't take the kill. This especially on Sej and Graggy Ice.

Just a quick note: teamfights are typically the deciding factor in most games. So if you want to contribute to a win, you typically need to be involved in those teamfights.

You frequently have low kill participation, you might be spending a bit too much time farming or trying to splitpush.

I see a lot of low damage tanky champs in that list. Its really hard to carry by tanking. That requires someone else to do good damage and the whole team to move together. The latter is a challenge on any rank...

the trolls in plat 5 will make you cry mommy.

Just had a malphite who only ulted to escape teamfights, no fking joke. Also had a Vayne try to steal my red, so I smited it, and she said "OK AFK at red until it respawns". This was at 7:30 game time.

Its basically noted that if you want to climb in this bullshit ranked system you have to 1v5 carry. I used Cassiopiea to get to gold- really, I spammed her like 60 out of 80 games. Took her top and mid and rolled well enough to get the roles I wanted. You just have to play a champion that has advantages taht not a lot of champions have. In her case, insane damage while remaining mobile enough to kite. Other champs like Annie or Fizz can carry on damage alone. I don't recommend bot lane since you only have maybe 35-40% of the say in what goes on down there- if you do play ad a lot you can ensure that the marksman is hitting the tower instead of CSing though. Jungle or solo lane mate. Split pushing champs work really well also. Trynd and Udyr mostly.
