How to prevent from going on tilt?
I know the basics concept of tilt, but I want a way to reduce it so that it won't be affecting my gameplay. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

if your going on tilt and u don't want to take a brake from the game then do some ARAM. no one gives a crap if u screw up and no one expects u to do well. and it sometimes can help to understand a champ
don't play when your hungry, tired, or angry
Take a break; do something relaxing.
Idk, how do you go on tilt? clearly the psychological state and what impacts it varies from person to person I never go on tilt cuz thats just my personality yo
is it that hard to just figure out wha makes you tilt.. and MAAAAAAYBE, just dont do it.. or avoid it have you tried just isolating yourself, free of influence from other players? disable all chat and mute your team, super simple stuff

To prevent tilt, you first to have identify what causes you to go on tilt.
Are your teammates saying very negative things? Ignore them by clicking the white chat cloud next to their name on the scoreboard. If they're extremely toxic, report them after the game because this helps improve the league community. Otherwise, you have to learn to grow a "thick skin" for negative comments.
Do you easily lose your temper or get emotionally discouraged after every loss? Take a break from the game by getting up to walk around or play a different game. Getting your mind off the game or refreshing your mindset can easily help you get off tilt.
You might find yourself typing things like "GG / I gve up" after seeing one of your allies feeding first blood or losing their respective lanes. If so, take a breather and don't worry. Laning phase does not determine which team wins the game. Futhermore, pay less attention to what your teammates are doing poorly and more attention to what your team can do to win the game.
Simple just don't. Its just one game out of hundreds or thousands you'll play in league eventually so why let a bad game get you? Besides theres always a chance you'll comeback, like one game I was Jax Vs heimer top, Couldn't cs AT ALL. But we won because team stole Baron from enemy and I split pushed and got two towers and a Inhib which gave my team enough pressure to farm up and get the items we NEEDED to win teamfights. Don't tilt no matter what. You can carry if you believe!
Foxdrop or something similar has a lot of good videos helping prevent such things. ive learned quit a bit just from them.
