Ask about Vladimir

I'm a diamond Vladimir main. I have been playing vladimir since season 2 on three different servers. I had 68% winrate on vladimir season 4 with 150+ games and have plenty of experience to give some advice on him. I'll answer any question regarding vladimir from time to time. Personally, I think he is okay laner for solo q because he can sustain and not get overwhelmed by any top laner atm, although he can't carry as hard. Removal of cooldown elixir and recipe change of seeker's armguard hurt his midgame strength and dragon not giving gold made him difficult to get his item quickly.
