Wooglet's Witchcap vs Zhonya's Hourglass
I'm adopting my mystery champion 
as a main for a bit and I'm trying to put together everything I've learned into making my own runepage, mastery, item-builds, everything. In making my item build, I ran across

In comparing with my go-to 
, I'm not entirely which to pick, considering I also have 
in my build (or if both would be useful if my team is just dominating). They both are able to be built on Summoner's Rift (which seems to be a new change from what I've read? idk).
seems to be a slightly less-powerful version of , but with an extra +25% AP unique passive.
Will Wooglet's passive STACK with Rabadon's passive since they both buff AP by different amounts, or is this not how passive works?
If I go Woog's and Zhonya's, replacing Rabadon's entirely, will I be able to use both actives interchangeably, since one is marked "Unique Active" and the other is marked "Unique Active - Stasis?"
Just trying to figure things out so I can make my own flexible builds instead of always ripping from all those awesome sites out there... Learning the game, right?
