Titanic Hydra Nocturne?

I've been messing around with Nocturne a bit recently and trying out some of the new items on him and stumbled across an interesting idea. Most people build Ravenous hydra on Nocturne if the need AoE, right? But it usually leaves him really squishy, and doesn't synergize too well with Sated Devourer. I thought "Hey, why not try out Titanic hydra instead?" So I tried it out and it works surprisingly much better. After, I did some theory crafting to figure out why.

My usual build is item 3930 item 3153 item 3742 item 3156 item 3071 item 3748 (yes no boots, between Q, Dead man's, and BC, I don't need them)

Now, Straight up comparing Titanic to Ravenous if figured out a few things instantly: Titanic has an on-hit effect that damages the primary target, Ravenous doesn't, which means Titanic already makes up for having lower AD by dealing more raw damage on hit, especially combined with sated devourer's double proc. Second, having more health means I don't get blown up as easily, but it also doesn't have lifesteal, meaning longer engages may be a bit harder. Third, the passive and active are easier to hit secondary enemies with a lot of the time. Lastly, the passive and active deal more damage with this attack speed and HP heavy build the Ravenous would. Only if you are going for a much more AD heavy build does Ravenous hydra become the better option, and since Nocturne focuses on attack speed and durability when jungling, Titanic is just superior. Ravenous works excellently for full AD lane nocturne, but for a diving DPS threat like this, Titanic offers more burst, DPS, and initial durability only at the cost of slightly lower in fight sustain.

What do you all think? Have any of you found some weird item choices that actually work better than you'd expect?

Haven't tried this yet, but it seems legit (i'll probably still use boots, though)
