Duo bot if you have a partner, otherwise just pick up a solo lane.
Duo bot is probably the best role, especially since you'll have the advantage of synergy and experience with your partner which you otherwise wouldn't. Communication with your support can go a long way, and an early snowball bot lane means lots of good things for team (drag control, siege potential, late game dmg early, two champs roaming as opposed to one, etc).
Mid lane would probably be my #2. You're right in the middle of everything, which means you have the best roaming opportunities of
the lanes. Win lane, get the damages, snowball (or get your top/bot snowballing). Ez pz.
Top is about even with mid, if not a little lower. You can still roam, but it's harder to roam as effectively as mid even with tp. Also, it's one of the least forgiving lanes in terms of counterpicking, snowballing, and zoning. Still you can win early, and make a big impact. If you're more comfortable here than mid, stick with it and look to crush your lane and help out else where.
Jungling can be the most influential, but it's also one of the most team dependent. Your team can starve you from snowball/gank opportunities while simultaneously giving those same opportunities to enemy jungler (ie everyone's pushed, no one wants to drag or help in jungle fights)
ADC is actually towards the bottom in terms of difficulty carrying. Yes, you get lots of goodies from snowballing as ADC but actually making that happen is harder than other roles. In a lot of cases, even if you're better than the enemy ADC, the supports will make or break the lane. In terms of actual synergy with your support, it's hit or miss.
Support is probably the lowest for me. Not because supports are useless or weak (in terms of game influence), but because you can't fix stupid. If your ADC isn't up to par or fails to follow through on plays, you'll end up with a lost lane and maybe a lost game depending on how hard the enemy bot snowballs from it.
