So I recently played as TF vs. a Yasuo... and needless to say it was quite possibly the worst matchup I have ever experienced. His shield blocks any poke, his windwall my cards, and he could dash in on me whenever I was on CD. It was almost stupidly easy for him. What are your guys' experiences with this?

If you can, switch lanes. If not, just play safe and farm. Try to make him use his wall with q then when it goes down you can w.
Its a pretty bad match up
Carry exhaust. Don't use wild cards to farm, and keep enough Mana for goldcard. if you are near your turret, you can auto attack harass. after 6, be elsewhere, or have your jungler nearby.
Just blue card + Q, make sure to push as hard as possible. Dont try to trade with him, just farm and wait for your ult to help other lanes. Only try to engage when you have a gank from jungler, and MUST save your gold card after his windwall (flash over it if you see fit). Btw, TF really bad early game.
TF hardcounters yasuo so bad it hurts my brain that people still lose to him. you should rethink your life man.
You just play it like any matchup on TF... you shove lane and try to gank with ulti. TF doesn't win many lanes without outplaying hard. See 
ok here are some tips. he has around 20 sec cooldown on his W (wind wall) , you can remove his shield with an auto attack ,just try to dodge his third Q. let him use his windwall do an auto (to remove his shield) ->stun and combo. GL
