Rerolls in ARAM don't work as expected in the new client

In the new client, if you reroll a champ and then someone dodges, you don't get the reroll again. It appears to get "used up", even tho that champ wasn't used. I don't know if riot has addressed this in an announcement or post or anything, just thought I'd drop it in the bugs section.
