Loading Screen Won't Load (ironic)

Yep, after champion select the loading screen won't appear. I can click the "reconnect" button a billion times and it won't work. Restarted my computer and everything. Is anyone else having this same issue? The launcher is glitched too, allowing me to login only after a failed attempt and relog.
