Sudden Death Nexus Doesnt Die [VIDEO] [GAMEPLAY]

I don't know, this kinda seems like a pretty gamebreaking bug /s. Has anyone else experienced this? Enemy team tried to end the old-fashioned way, but alas, it was also immortal.

I don't think this is intentionally reproducible, and I've never seen something like this occur before.
