How To Carry On Winning (As Jungle)?

So I played Kha'Zix today, and our Wukong dc for a few minutes but I held his lane and killed Cho'Gath. He reconnected and held his lane well, didn't die once. And then I ganked mid, got Lulu's ult off. Ganked bot, killed both Galio and Varus. I kept on doing this and we were doing amazing. But then we lost 2 dragons, Lulu and Varus got fed, and we lost the game. I don't know how this happened. My end game score was 6/5/9. I had a good KDA earlier on, got as many objectives as possible but then they somehow got us in the end. This has happened before with Kha'Zix as well. It only happens with him so I would like some help on how to keep the early game advantage and win the game :) Also my normal build is item 3707 , item 3117 , item 3074 , item 3035 , item 3071 and item 3143 .

Well my assumption would be they either they started working like a team and decimated team fights or they simply outscaled you. Based on the lulu you mentioned you could be negated from assassinating carries. galio can be a teamfighting monster if he gets a multi-man ult off. Varus hurts. A lot.
