Is getting attack speed marks vs physical damage better to proc the passive more often

I recently picked up Shen and have been playing a lot of him top/jg/support. Looked at a lot of builds, ect, and what I find I like best is to run Movespeed quints, MR glyphs, Arm/HP per LVL (My pref) seals, and AS marks. Especially if your going supertank, your Ki strike damage will far outweigh anything you'll get in the early game from AD marks.
