I need some help with my Ezreal Mid starting items

So I decided to look at http://champion.gg/champion/Ezreal/Middle to get some ideas to improve my game. What I need help with is the starting items. Particularly, how do I get that highest win rate start?

Maybe. Or maybe some trick with gold income runes and masteries?

Since you don't gain gold until 1:30 and minions get to mid lane at 1:55, you only have like 20 seconds to get ~300 gold and still get to lane before the other mid lane is...oh, he's level 3 already. Just start Doran's ring
