Top Lane
Most top laners will find themselves coming in close contact with opponent when trying to farm. When is it a good time to last hit, and when is it a good time to AA them ? Or is the top lane objective to bully them out of CS ?

aa them while they're in animation of last hitting a minion then back so they can't hit you back
who are you playing top as? I recommend renekton, he has a stun to keep safe, an aoe dmg/heal for last hitting multiple targets at one and 2 dashes for in and out safe trades.
In general though, if your opponent uses an ability on a minion immediately after is when you should look to trade. At level one this is guaranteed in your favor and at higher levels it means you have one more ability at your disposal than they do which is favorable. For example when you're against a nasus trying to Q-farm, as soon as he uses Q jump on him. You will out trade his autos and he will fall back, and you farm. Then when he wants to last hit with another q punish him again and repeat.
It depends on the matchup, if you're stronger early and they outscale you then you should be trying to deny them cs while not losing cs yourself.
Cs is the most important thing, 15 cs is worth a kill gold wise. So if you have 15 more cs than them, it's like you have a kill up on them after you come back to lane with items.
