Lucian ADC Build Question

So. I have begun to learn Lucian on my way to "master" the adc position.

Was watching a Lucian commentary and this "pro" insists on going for Essence Reaver first for CDR+Mana Regen+ LifeSteal+ 80 dmg

(Thats nice considering how often Lucian needs to use abilities, especially the CDR for E)

Then he went to Ionia boots, (more CDR), then Brutalizer (More CDR + amor Pen)

From there he decides not to finish Yomuu's Ghostblade, and instead goes straight for IE, then finishes off YGhostblade afterwards

Final build finishes it off with Last Whisperer and Guardian Angel....

Is this bad or not ? Ive tried it and its not bad at all in my opinion

It keeps ur E active, ur Q active allowing u to spam attacks and evasions

Opinions compared to other Lucian builds ???
