So as you win and your Mmr grows riot starts to stack less and less capable players on your team. Thus making climbing the ladder very difficult over time until you lose and the process starts over again a few steps back, like a revolving door. Problem is that the consequences for losing remains the same whether I go 20-9 and still can't carry doing all that I can or if I'm trolling and lose that way. I think riot needs to find a system that can reward individual excellence. Why punish the player that was literally carrying his team ?

It's a team game.
The players are of higher Elo than you, if your on a win streak, maybe it's just an off game.
This isn't dota, they don't want an individual to be able to carry a whole game by themselves. Aka a team game

Understandable but SOLO que is just that, SOLO. Meaning there is a huge emphasis on individual play. That is why there are gold players that are not much better than some bronze players that I've seen because of the way riot penalizes certain players that otherwise should be rewarded for taking a bad team and almost winning with them despite all else s
