Since nasus is a kitable champion can the fiora rework change their relationship?

Like before he hard countered her now with her new kit, (excluding outplay) is it possible that she can burst him down?

Because im thinking that with that ult nasus is kit able or am i completely wrong?

actually nasus didn't counter fiora particularly hard until late game when he got tank items, in lane she can parry his q's and was much more burst damage than dps. I'd say the setup is similar but now she does better against him because of her passive and ult
