Need help with Galio Jungle

I've been a fan of Galio's unique playstyle and with the addition of runeglaive his jungle is viable. The issue I have is that until I get runeglaive clears are incredibly difficult and my ganks are incredibly weak. I can work around being very vulnerable but mana and low dmg are major problems, even with staying in jungle I usually fall behind until I runeglaive is complete.

After runeglaive playing because a lot more enjoyable and with Righteous Glory I can easily set up and carry team fights, its just getting there.
