Singed's Ultimate is Insanity Potion, and the utility talent "Alchemist" increases the duration of elixirs and POTIONS by 10%. So this skill should increase the length of singed's ultimate since it is a potion. I look forward to this in the next patch notes.

I'm a main and I approve of this idea.
I assumed something much more awesome from the title I imagined a singed rework where they replace his QWE for chemicals, then his R would be his farts you can mix the different chemicals to make the farts have different effects, everything from a healing fart, to the classic poison, to a speed boost gas, to a stacking slow (turning to stun) gas, etc...
We want it to happen. But it will never happen. :(
