Shut him out early, babysit and zone him out entirely. 100 stacks is nothing.

Edit: you don't win lane against nasus, you win game vs nasus. You let it go on too long, he outscales and destroys you with splitpushing.

To be honest, a truly experienced Nasus player can win against pretty much everyone, including his 'counters'.

If you've gotten 3-4 kills of of him (and perhaps his jungler during some failed ganks), at some point, he probably will outsustain you because of his scaling passive and Q damage. That's the point when you give up on your outer top-lane turret and go use your kill-gold on enemies that aren't ready for your 4-kill advantage (in items and levels). Don't let Nasus knock down your other turrets/inhibitor, obviously, but if you're sitting in lane with a Nasus (not harassing him to the point that he has to stop Q farming/recall), you're setting yourself up to eventually lose. I know that it sounds stupid to give up your outer turret, but it eventually happens with any enemy top laner. You will eventually need to press your advantage elsewhere. Try killing Nasus one last time, then roaming or teleporting to mid/bot lane for Dragon/kills/turrets/all of the above.

One does not simply win lane against a Nasus. You can slow down the ticking time bomb, but eventually he will win if the game goes on long enough.
