General Questions on baselines to get out of low ELO's

Just a few questions on standards for higher ELO's which i think everyone can relate to.

What should be the average CS of a midlaner at 20 minutes? (I mostly play Heimer mid if that makes a difference)

What should be the average number of CS/ganks for a jungler at 20 minutes? (I main Wukong jungle)

When is a good time to push lane with the laner after a gank, and when would it hurt the laner?

Personal: Is Elise worth the 6300 IP? I'm trying to broaden my jungle pool for ranked, since I mostly play Wukong, Kha Zix, some Shaco, and Kayle (before Devourer nerfs)

Is it worth dodging a ranked game if a person is trolling? Pretty much what is the difference in LP loss from a dodge to a game loss. Ex: if first pick gets tristanna, then a person down the line locks in Graves saying "idgaf" "go mid" "fu" and such.

What are the best times to be splitpushing? I often find myself as Wukong splitting, and even getting multiple towers or an inhib. Problem is, because im in there base attacking the inhib, a team fight happens and i can get there to help, since i dont usually take smite and teleport.

Thanks, and I'm currently in Silver 2 if anyone was wondering ^.^

I'm not much higher Elo at all, but I think I can answer most of these pretty fairly.

Who you play mid generally doesn't make a difference as to how much Cs you should be earning every minute.. but Heimerdinger does tend to stay in lane a lot. For most mids, or any carry in general, you should be aiming for no less than 4-6 cs per wave which would be about 10 cs per minute, so by the 20 minute mark around 130-150 in solo queue. Your goal regardless should be to have more Gold than your opponent and with the lead be able to force them out of lane at times and get the XP advantage too.

What should be the average number of CS/ganks for a jungler at 20 minutes? (I main Wukong jungle)

Wukong has a pretty poor early game clear, compared to others anyways; by twenty minutes, you should have cleared something like 3camps to 1gank, a ratio sort of like that ? Just to keep your XP up. Maybe more ganks if you're ahead, but you should be in the 50-75 Creep range by twenty minutes (18-24 camps; 6-8 strong ganks).

When is a good time to push lane with the laner after a gank, and when would it hurt the laner?

If they're dead or just backed, Shove your lane to the minions on your side execute, denying your laner XP and Gold; you can often take the time after shoving to quickly clear a camp or back to base, and you should eventually earn up quite the Xp advantage, if timed properly. Utilization of Teleport-lane-sustain should work near the same in timing.

Yes, she's worth it. Super fun, great clear, great ganks now, and she's a high contest pick because she's so strong. Best of all, she's in a spot where theres more than one way to build her, so you can play her according to your style, making her really fun.

Is it worth dodging a ranked game if a person is trolling? Pretty much what is the difference in LP loss from a dodge to a game loss.

Dodge = -5Lp at most and a 5-10 min wait. Trolled game = -20 Lp at least and a 30 minute game of torture.

What are the best times to be splitpushing? I often find myself as Wukong splitting, and even getting multiple towers or an inhib. Problem is, because im in there base attacking the inhib, a team fight happens and i can get there to help, since i dont usually take smite and teleport.

Splitpushing is very situational and is based on the composition of your team. Not a good team fight? Push lanes and have four take dragon and one go top. Not something I'm very comfortable with myself though in games, its safer to group and win games as a team.

Elise is almost a standard jungler the best jungler to carry and gank would be xin I find mid averages in low elo bad I think a good cs is 70-80 at 10 but most the time I rarely see people get 100 at 20 lol so do the math that would be 140-160 at 20 ganks at 20 isn't a good numbee to go by As a jungler you always need tobe looking to impact the map that's why you can't recall set averages of cs and ganks at 20 because it depends game to game champ to champ, as for pushing a lane thr point is to deny the cs and exp of the wave thays goin to crash into there turret if u want t freeze or minions pushing to you then dont push the lane but if u want to recall and buy before the enemy comes back then push the lane as for split pushing the best time to split push is when your teams pushing at almost the same pace you dont really wanna split unless u have tp or somone who can come to ur team fast like shen tahm twisted fate
