So assuming that matchmaking was working correctly this should never happen, but lets be real.. there have been games where lanes have already been lost before you complete your first clear.. so what I want to know is.. what do you do as a jungler if all your lanes are losing?

Drop trow? but seriously, if the lane is only one kill behind it isnt lost. if they feed 3ish kills it's gone but before then you can still gank to turn it around... after that point dont bother wasting your time with them. just farm up and get yourself as big as possible. Become the major threat on your team and push that. when your lanes die, go farm their minions for a lot of gold and exp. by mid game you should be a huge threat even if your team isn't, and just use them for fodder while you do as much damage as possible.

typically when all your lanes lose your only hope is catching the enemy over and over again in unfair fights, but league is very much a "win lane, win game" game

Try to take advantage of enemy mistakes. Ward up and try to find picks when their positioning gets sloppy. It's tricky when behind but People will often goof up; as those death timers rise, you can grab objectives when you make a pick.

Some games you just flat-out cannot win Unless you are playing a farm heavy hyper-carry (something like a Master Yi) in which case you can just HOPE that the enemy is dumb enough not to finish the game before 30 minutes
