Bugged soraka ult?
So soraka's ult apparently heals through zhonya's hourglass (i'm not sure if it heals through bards ult). Is this a bug or a feature of her ultimate?

It's a feature of her ultimate. Not sure why this hasn't been documented anywhere. It was specifically changed to do that since it doesn't require a target; Zhonya's only makes the user invulnerable and untargetable.
