Being zoned out and how to cs while being zoned?

I'm having trouble getting cs as an adc against any super aggressive supports, such as Blitzcrank, as he can just walk up to me and scare me out of my wave as he can just punch me and his adc will jump in and kill me. He doesn't even have to hook me, just walks right infront of my minions or dangerously close to infront of them, and I don't dare go near unless I want to explode by the incoming adc barrage I can't stop. I can't even farm under tower properly as he just runs up and drags me out of the tower letting me die. I've been trying to find a way to fight against him but most of it boils down to "dodge the arm-grab, pressure for 18 seconds". This is fine advice, except that I can't get him to hook me anyway, as his presence just stops me from getting anywhere close.

This is unbearable with Graves , because my range is so short, and semi possible with Ezreal because he can actually poke far away without having to get near blitz anyway.

What should I do at that point anyway? I've lost tower, and have died twice and I'm underfarmed. I can't farm due to blitz pressure and I can't help anyone else out due to no levels/gold/etc.

In this situation it should really be your support stepping up to the plate and just CCing the support. It doesnt matter that the adc is coming, because if you still arent confident you can win you can just back up while blitz goes to lick his wounds. repeat said process until he doesnt want to do it anymore, then he will revert to the sit there and pull you strategy. Still annoying, but easily countered.

When I'm duoing bot lane with a friend, and the enemy team picks blitz before our supp gets picked we'll just opt for someone like braum who can purposely get grabbed to engage on them. Or ya know, pick sivir and use your spellshield when he comes to grab you.

Freeze wave right in front of your tower and tell your support to protect you. You shouldn't act afraid of the enemy support once you get the wave to stall out right near your tower, because you can just dash away to safety. If you are going against an aggressive support, back off and freeze the lane immediately before they have a chance to get in your grill and get you behind.

You gotta learn the value of trading mana, health, ect for cs. It takes practice but you will get it.
