Where did she go? The last time I played her was when AD Bruiser builds were good, and I haven't seen her jungle since they had the Magus enchantment. I remember they nerfed her AD builds, but did I miss something?

She's not great now. There's really no reason to play her as a jungler over Elise and the only reason to play her as a laner over Jayce is if you need an AP champion.

Javelin Toss
    Cast time increased to 0.25 seconds from 0.125.
    Minimum damage reduced to 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 / 130 from 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150.
    Maximum damage reduced to 150 / 210 / 270 / 330 / 390 from 150 / 225 / 300 / 375 / 450. 
Bushwhack
    On-cast vision radius reduced to 400.

    Base health decreased to 511 from 541.
    Health per level decreased to 80 from 90.

    Ability Power ratio increased to (+36 / 90 / 120% AP) from (+24 / 60 / 80% AP) (min/max/maxHunt). 
Pounce
    On-kill cooldown reduction increased to 1.5 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction) from 1 (static).
    Revised Hunt Bonus: Nidalee can pounce on Hunted enemies at up to double range and Pounce's cooldown is reduced to 1.5 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction) if she hit her target. 
Swipe
    No longer affects the cooldown of Pounce when used on a Hunted target.
