I've had a bit of success in team builder (I know, not a "huge" accomplishment) using olaf with exhaust and smite instead of the typical ghost/flash and smite in the jungle. Figured I'd throw out this discussion, to let people discuss some of the "unusual" summoner spell sets they use on champions while playing. 
Shyvana goes with exhaust/smite sometimes, just to help her gank. You'd want to do the same thing on Mordekaiser, if you took him jungle. Some midlaners do well with teleport, usually the ones with enough defensive steroids or escapes to not need heal/barrier/cleanse or enough sticking power and burst to not need ghost/ignite. Supports sometimes take Clairvoyance.
diana mid with tp. she doesn't need ignite to instagib people and she eats towers with elixir of sorcery + nashors.
Unfortunately, top is stuck in a teleport meta right now but I have a lot of fun "Silsol"ing with Barrier+Ignite/Heal+Exhaust,etc.
