Twin Shadows is good and people should build it (To replace Morello's/Athene's)

First of all, i'd like to say that it really depends on the enemy team composition and your composition for which you should build. I feel that Twin Shadow's ( ) is a very underrated Item for some AP midlaners. The passive is an excellent tool for scouting and creating picks around the map for your team which is especially relevant mid/late game. The movement speed makes kiting, escaping, catching enemies and creating pressure across the map a lot easier. In lane, you'd probably want to build it against a skill-shot and/or immobile midlaner. It makes it easier to dodge their skill-shots while being able to help secure a kill with it's active effect. But make sure to only use the active when you have to because it's on an extremely long cooldown. (Examples for when you should use the active: Chasing down low health enemies, to ensure that you land kill securing cc or just any killing skill shot in general, catching the jungler if you have reason to believe that they are nearby and lastly ensuring your survival.).
