Looking for adc mentor/coach!!

Hi, i'm an active playing looking for some outside analysis. I really, really want to become better at this game, especially for the new season. Currently I am bronze 2, I won't lie. However the last time I play ranked was January, 2014, so I really don't know, nor care, about what rating I truly am right now.

However, at the moment anyway, I get matched with and against golds regularly. However, this does not mean I am a gold player, nor silver; It just means I happen to get matched with those people. To tell what I really am, I just look at this http://i.imgur.com/e9TsYN0.jpg and then I know :^) . However I can say that I think that I've improved over the past year.

It would be nice to have someone tell me exactly what I am doing right and wrong. :) Add me on league anytime.
