GAMEPLAY JINX BUG

With patch 4.19, there is a bug I am getting with jinx. Whenver i play her, I don't see the icon/tooltip (above spells) that indicates weather i have the minigun active or rocket launcher. Although this isn't a game breaker, it is really annoying. Thanks.
