What should I do when the ADC is failing?

I every single one of my ranked games have been lost because the ADC is either underfed or trolling. I know I am the jungler and it is expected that I gank them, but it's next to impossible to do that when they are pushed out and one of die before I can even come to their lane. I tell them to play safe until I gank but they don't listen, and this isn't the case with just one game but every time I play jungle. My last game, I gave this advice and they just called me a sh*t jungler and I had to end up muting them. The bot lane just died every fight so the mid laner and I were the only ones doing any sort of damage, but you can't win every fight 3v5 so we ended up losing. Should I just accept defeat when my bot lane fails and just can't/won't help at all?
