Rumble Heat
So i have a question about rumble's heat. If i cast it below 50 heat and it gets above 50 because of the cast, do i get the damage bonus?

It only gives you the bonus if you casted it at above 50 heat: Even if you casted below 50, then as a result of the spell you casted or another spell you went over 50, you wouldn't get the bonus in the middle of the spell (Flamespitter wouldn't suddenly get stronger, and neither Harpoon shot would get stronger).
No, because the spell wasn't casted at 50 or greater heat
Danger Zone stuff only comes in if the cast was 50 or above
