Random ping spikes [Gameplay]
I join a game and every few seconds my ping shoots up to ~300-400 (its usually at ~100) and will do this for the rest of the game. It has done this ever since I updated 4.17.

Has your internet been sufferering on anything exterior to league? If not try reinstalling the game or fixing it, see if that does anything, if not try to check your firewalls. Alot of firewall issues have been popping up lately.
