Would somebody be willing to spectate some of my games and tell me what I am doing wrong?

Honestly at this point, it has to be me. I just lose ranked game after ranked game and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can somebody please watch me play a game or so and tell me what I'm doing wrong, what I'm doing well, and any general tips so I can finally hit gold and not have to touch ranked for the rest of the season.

I tend to play Xerath or Akali mid, Amumu jungle, Janna or Blitz support, or ADC Sivir if that means anything.
