Would somebody be willing to spectate some of my games and tell me what I am doing wrong?

Honestly at this point, it has to be me. I just lose ranked game after ranked game and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can somebody please watch me play a game or so and tell me what I'm doing wrong, what I'm doing well, and any general tips so I can finally hit gold and not have to touch ranked for the rest of the season.

I tend to play Xerath or Akali mid, Amumu jungle, Janna or Blitz support, or ADC Sivir if that means anything.

Do you have Lolreplay clips or just going to use the spectate option, given that it always has a short delay of when you can actually watch from.

I do not have Lolreplay clips, hindsight being 20/20. I'll record my ranked games and put them here when I play them later.
