No way. The thing that separates a good Singed from a bad Singed is the ability to spam laugh. This "QOL" change completely removes his skill ceiling for the sake of simplifying his play style.

Just bind laugh to right click. Or set up a macro on right click to press your laugh hotkey>regular right click. Then you'll always laugh when you move. The macro would let you turn it off when you're not playing singed.

That way every click would stop you, as the emote would be played normally.

This is why you macro it- so it plays the emote first (Starting the sound), and then cancels the animation with a move order. Make sure you have a strong enough computer that it won't detract from times at all (it shouldn't, but I'm sure it would on some toasters. I know my old toaster would play League at 3 fps and 300 ping just because Skype was up, no video.)

NOTE: Just don't be a dick and bind all your abilities to a macro if you're Kat. That's not cool bro.
