Provisionals - went 2/8. Sure some of those games I did pull some stupid mistakes, but some of those games I won my lane and even helped other lanes win theirs. Out of pure bad luck we lose the game. Right now I'm in B1 because of those placement matches and as everybody knows, it is HELL. I seriously need to know how to not rely on my teammates in a team oriented game to at least get out of Bronze.
you didn't lose out of "pure bad luck", you lost because of your own and your team's misplays.
you get out of bronze by improving your map awareness, your basic mechanics (trading in lane, cs'ing, basing at the correct time etc.) and learning to push leads and advantages. aced the enemy team? go up the lane where your minions are pushing and shove it as hard as you can. aced enemy team and got objectives? back off before they homeguard out and counter ace you and snag baron.
