CLIENT - Ranked Profile Winrate

Hello, recently i have noticed that whenever I go onto someone else's profile and see their Ranked wins/games, I noticed that it comes out as if they have won every single ranked game they have played, which I know is not true. I am reporting this because my friend has also told me that my profile looks like I have won every single game, but I obviously haven't.
