Yup, our beloved urgot who hasn't been loved at all for forever, I have found that he is a monster top lane, unless vs a riven or fiora. but he generally has enough poke to scare the enemy champion into seclusion, so I prefer that you don't play him ADC, but play him top instead.

but yeah, take urgot anywhere but adc this is cuz that role is just too important for it to be taken up by useless ol urgot rlly, i lost a game and im PRETTY sure it was just cuz of urgot being urgot their adc, was facerolling all over us late game and our adc urgot wasnt doing jack shit...
I have actually dominated Riven and Fiora top lane as a bully with my E>W>Q combo.... It just takes a little patience and landing that E to win... A well positioned R late game can seal the win.
he actually does fairly well vs both riven and fiora. you just have to build some early armor and rush your frozen heart.
urgot is a HUGE lane bully. not many champions can beat him or outfarm him due to his kit. the problem is that mid-late game the way you build him has to be in one of two directions, and his kit just doesn't work very well in that sense.
you either build tanky urgot and all you're useful for is your ult and armor shred or you build damage urgot and you still do less damage than an ADC with no mobility and an ultimate that you can't afford to use.
Has no Mdef growth. Can get pretty much slaughtered by AP champs, and almost anyone who can build a defense item against him, such as a Frozen Heart on Nasus.
