Why DO we start Doran's Blade on ADC

Because it gives AD (helps with last hitting), LS (helps with sustain), and health (Helps with burst/harass).

By all means, go with the flask if you can last hit, I know 7 AD isn't a lot, but that's generally why. It's a cheap, effective starting item.

Wondered bout why we ever took anything other than flask except dorans ring, that shits too good

if adc bot need sustain, flask does the job I mean, it always worked for top laners so whynaut adcs

and not Crystalline Flask?

Its a very gold efficient item (this is the purpose of all doran items). It gives you health, dmg, AND lifesteal for only 440 gold. You can't buy any other item like this for this amount of gold. The stats benefit ADCs since they autoattack alot. If you were to start any other item, you are at a disadvantage to the enemy adc who started with this item.

If you start full sustain, guess what? That health regen you're getting won't help you in battle especially when the enemy adc has 80 bonus health on you and extra dmg. If the enemy support has ignite, that health regen is useless and you will lose the fight.

Welll nobody is making you buy the blade, I like the extra health and damage along with slight sustain. But if you do better with flask just go flask, I like to take it top with certain champs

Health/Lifesteal/AD

the health for early all ins, some AD to help CS and harass, and lifesteal which scales well once you get your IE components.

in the end its better to rush a . IE got nerfed so rushing is viable.

Because the enemy laner is going to outrade the crap out of you if you bring the flask.
