I'm just being a gun nerd. Shotguns don't shoot bullets. They shoot slugs or buckshots. His Q and R are slugs and his autos are buckshots. They are both a type of round.

Of course. I live in the mountains in Idaho... up here shotguns load either slugs or shells--never bullets. Though I'm not sure why anyone would load a slug into a side by side...

Actually CertainlyT was not in charge of Quinn. Try RiotRepertoir instead..

Quinn rework was a success. I am a veteran Quinn player (since s3) and I miss Valor as everyone else. However, Quinn 's gameplay has changed - from my point of view - positive from before(mainly due to all the bugfixes).

The problem you are implying is merely thematical.

quinn rework sucks, she HAS to hit her q to do anything (sure it raises her difficult cap, but it makes her gameplay stupidly strong or "bye, i'm not going to fight you" in case she misses) she lost a lot of damage in her ult but got some nice mov. speed and the crit in harrier making she build crit like she was a commom adc (........sigh)

RR job in fixing bug in her e was great and thats all

he gave her more dps but ruined everything else (<3 u RR, thnx for skaner,kog,quinndred)

You have a right for your opinion. IMO the only thing they destroyed was bruiser Valor.

I personally still prefer assassin and off-tank Quinn (sterak's core) and they still work just fine (assassin even better than before with passive multi-proc, thunderlords and armor Pen enough to true damage). Riot has also given her some shiny new toys like item 3812 item 3094 item 3046 item 3053 item 3142

I have never seen any considerable Quinn player build crit on her aside item 3094 and maybe late game item 3031 as core. Crit is a side stat on her. The cdr in her passive is a noob trap..

Quinn had bugs on her passive, q, w passive, _e _ AND ult. It was frustrating and ubreliable to play and the reason why I seldom played her in ranked pre-rework.

Your comment is valid and has good points - and you seem to be a person who puts thought on his arguments - but most of them only become problems if one isn't able to adapt into the current meta and what she is about now.

The thing I love in new Quinn is her insane mobility and consistent burst - due to new ult and e speed increase. She has clear Pros and cons. Quinn is amazing duelist and executioner (even without ult execution). She struggles in the beginning of the teamfights and late game - despite being a mid game splitpusher/assassin God. And cc.. God save us all..

The only thing I dislike in the rework is - thematics - she was a duo-champion but her identity is kinda crushed now. Well, one has to make sacrifices..

I rush IE on Quinn all the time when I play her as traditional botlane ADC and I do perfectly fine. Hell even when I play her jg I sometimes build it as my first item after warrior (Never played her top I refuse to do that to another human being)

IE is perfectly fine - especially if you play her in botlane. However, I'd not consider crit as a core stat on Quinn, even though her passive scales from it (poorly). Hell, I build IE for ad and secondary crit. I answered mainly for this argument which I'll repost here - had No intent to offend adc Quinns (which I am, occasionally):
