The crit damage would STAY as physical, you cant have magical crits
The AOE does not benefit from life steal, only the initial target gives you life steal, the other targets just take phys/ mag dmg based on your stats
The pick a card would heal you off of the phys damage
the entire attack would NOT be converted to all magical
Statikk is better for higher farming, and provides slightly more upfront damage, but over all in the corse of a longer fight, the extra 10% crit on a phantom, plus mobility through minions might prove to be more useful to you due to higher mobility and the potential for more damage via crits

pick a card adds bonus effect and damage to your auto attack, so after you hit with the card, it counts as 1 auto attack to your individual target, regardless of if you picked red card, other targets only take the flat physical damage
armor pen if you are AD is always better, this isn't like corkis W where its all AP, and his ult is considered AP even when it scales off AD ( this is stupid btw ) but you benefit way more from armor pen
iceborn again would keep your sheen proc damage to your main target like trinity, and would do slightly less to other enemys hit in the area of the ice, but its still considered physical damage
