Should you build Frozen Mallet? (Teemo)

I used to go for Rylai's as my third item or so, but now I go for Frozen Mallet. It gives Teemo's autoattacks CC (for peeling, kiting, and chasing potential). Plus, Mallet gives him almost double the HP that Liandry provides. Also, Mallet procs the double damage on Liandry's Torment. They also give similar damage, before resistances.

What do you guys think? Do you prefer Frozen Mallet or Rylai's Crystal Scepter on Teemo? Is Rylai's more effective than Frozen Mallet?

I think it's worth it. Rylais scales better with him naturally, but the permanent slow from mallet is interesting.

If you wanna build AP teeto, Rylai's > mallet If you wanna build bruiser teeto, mallet > Rylai's Personally i believe Rylai's does not really contribute to teemo's overall damage. If you chose rylai's for the hp, better build a pure defensive item

Just do a simple math : Frozen Mallet = 700 HP + 30 AD Rylai = 400 HP + 100 AP Teemo' skill just scale with AP, which mean he deals 40 more Magic dmg with only passive of E. Due to the fact that you will run mostly Mpen, it worth more than AD. And its will be worth more when you have Rabadon, which give 30% more AP. And remember that when you keep auto-attack to proc your Mallet, you exposed to enemy. Not like Rylai, you just throw a spell then run away.
