Buff Movespeed Quints?
Can we make movespeed quints give 2% movespeed instead of 1.5%? It is really annoying to have it be 4.5% with 3 of them. Or can we buff them to 1.66% each so that it is 5% movespeed?

PHoToS9991 votesThat would be really nice. As it is, they're kinda not very useful. They don't feel near as powerful as they used to. Or maybe if MS quints multiplied total ms, instead of just being another +%ms.
