Add a "Skins" tab to League of Legends client

I'd really love to see all the skins I own because sometimes I forget a have a skin for a champion that I don't play often. I'd love be able to see all the skins I own somewhere instead of having to manually click through every champion to figure out what skins I have.

It's going to be added in the new client

This would be nice to have. Because with chests i'll sometimes get a skin and completely forget that I have it because I never play that particular champion.
