Question about shields?

So if your adc has 10% of their health, and you shield them, will %missing health damages take into consideration shields or no? Thanks!

Yes, shields at low health are better against % current health and shields at higher health are better against % missing health.

do you mean things that damage the person with the shield on? then no the damage will be figured out as if the shield isnt there and then part of the damage will be absorbed by the shield

No, they only apply to the health value of your ally. Your shield will not affect that value in any way. It will only be there to block dmg.
