There's nothing worse that getting to champ select with these two people:
Only plays one role. Game is a loss if they don't get their role.
Guy who doesn't communicate in champ select to hash out the best combination of roles for the team, playing to each others's strengths, but compromising when needed. Team usually works out positions by COMMUNICATING, then this guy picks the exact position that throws away all the planning.

As far as OP, I can't ADC for sht. I just can't. But when I get ADC I go APC instead, and usually do very well since most burst mages hard counter ADCs.
