Tip: Don't Queue Ranked If

...you can't play all roles.

There's nothing worse that getting to champ select with these two people:

1. Only plays one role. Game is a loss if they don't get their role.

2. Guy who doesn't communicate in champ select to hash out the best combination of roles for the team, playing to each others's strengths, but compromising when needed. Team usually works out positions by COMMUNICATING, then this guy picks the exact position that throws away all the planning.
