You made another level in order to differentiate the top talent. Well, the bottom is WAAAAY too crowded and you've got people that are close to gold being paired with someone that doesn't know what a ward is, making it next to impossible to escape the bracket, even being brought down in rating with them because they can't carry those low skilled players hard enough.

stretching out the bottom bracket into another should make for more evenly paired matches and people will be more likely to settle at their true rating, up or down.
