everytime i go to look for a champion build and all that fun stuff i never find updated ones, their mainly from season 4 or anywhere for 2-5 weeks ago and a lot can change within that timeframe. is there a site anyone knows of that stays consistently updated with on-going changes?

Your best bet is almost always MOBAfire, however considering the season is still new you'll find few guides - particularly while so many champion changes are ongoing along with a new AP item coming in - there are going to be very few "updated" guides.

Instead of using a guide, learn how to build based on the strengths and weaknesses of your champ vs the other team.

Mobafire has guides and they are updated fairly frequently, but in my experience that is only for champions who are played a lot. And the guides are not always high quality as anyone can make one. I go to it to get a few ideas of how to play a champion, but if I really want to find recent guides on builds and runes I go to lolpro. Lolpro has what the pros have been building on champions in the games they play. You don't always get 100% complete builds, but you can get a general idea of what to build.

In the end though I second what the other guys says. You can check out guides for ideas, but it is generally better to learn the champs and find out what works for you.
