Idea for changing the way provisional matches are set up

As a player who has just gotten done doing my 10 provisional for my first ranked season, I would like to suggest that rather than the matchmaking system just putting other people getting their provisionals done, they also match players based on how many ranked seasons they participated in. After every match I would ask everyone in the lobby if it was also their first ranked season and if not, what were they ranked last season. Surprisingly to me about 1/4 said it was also their first season, the others were ranked atleast gold II- diamond I and in some cases even Challenger. So obviously to say I didn't do very well and was given Bronze III as my ranking. To me it was just very unfair to know that I was consistently being matched against people that had a clear advantage based on just play-time alone and i'm sure many of you felt the same when you were getting into ranked for the first time. If you like the idea upvote this and maybe Riot will put it into consideration, after all it would level the playing field fairly and give people that have been playing longer more of a challenge at the start of each season rather than simple easy ranked wins.
